The PHS Feedback Portal is the secure sprint feedback tool used by the PHS team. After each sprint, team members record what went well, what did not go well, and any general observations about the project, the team and management, along with a rating for happiness with the project and team (from “Very dissatisfied” to “Very satisfied”) and for current workload (from “On leave” through “Balanced” to “Unsustainable”).
Feedback can be submitted anonymously or signed with your name. Every submission is stored securely and turned into a PDF and Excel report for the team leads.
